The Arusha Palace Hotel, located in the heart of the city, marked 15 years since its establishment late last month with a renewed commitment to improving services for its clients.
Addressing staff and invited guests at the hotel premises on January 31, 2025, the General Manager, Mr. Joseph Mremi, noted the significant growth in tourism that Arusha has experienced following the success of President Samia Suluhu Hassan’s Royal Tour documentary.
“The increased flow of visitors has benefited local businesses and service providers, with the Palace Hotel Arusha at the forefront of accommodating an ever-growing clientele of both local and international visitors,” he told the large gathering.
Mr. Mremi pledged to enhance their services even further to “meet and exceed the expectations of their guests.” Many people agree that Palace Hotel Arusha is the jewel in the crown of Arusha’s hospitality industry, being both classy and extremely welcoming.
The hotel, located within walking distance of the Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC), boasts a variety of amenities designed to cater to diverse customers, including luxurious accommodation, a 100-seat conference facility, outdoor catering services, a business centre, and a state-of-the-art gym, among other features.
The ceremony, which also marked the New Year, included the presentation of awards and certificates to outstanding staff members recognized for their diligence and dedication to the hotel and its guests.
Ms. Sicilia Benadino was excited to be among the staff who received recognition.
“I am excited to have been awarded a certificate and cash prize for my diligence. I am thankful to the hotel for their consideration and kind gesture,” the 30-year-old pastry chef told The Arusha News.
